Criminal Background
Applicants found to have any felon record (convicted, plead guilty or no contest) will be an immediate denial of application.
Credit History
Bankruptcies will not cause immediate denial of an application. We require that any bankruptcy records are at least one year old and that all bankruptcies have been discharged. Some form of reviewable credit must have been reestablished.
Eviction History
Applicants found to have an eviction record will result in the immediate denial of the rental application.
